During Black Friday we are impacted by thousands of online offers. How could iFood stand out from the competition? We decided to change the focus and direct the consumers' gaze away from the screens. So we created the "Outdoor Coupons". We mapped the regions with the highest concentration of orders and projected discount coupons on the roofs of buildings near establishments where the coupons could be used. It was a real coupon hunt, and thousands of people passing by the locations shared the discounts. In 4 days, 9,864 coupons were used and we had a reach of 4.8 million people.
